Our school student, Nata Tughushi, attended the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe as part of a diplomatic mission.
The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe - This is a pan-European political assembly that represents local and regional authorities from 46 member states. It supports the development of local and regional democracy, strengthens self-governance, promotes dialogue, and encourages the sharing of experience between institutions.
